Revitalise yourself this December while labouring away

Things have been intense, demanding and exciting lately.

There’s a lot to do before the end of the year – dozens of projects from work, a few from my personal life, half a dozen books to read, tens of thousands of words to write… all pulling on the threads of my time.

It can add up.

That’s why I’m not writing this in my usual, focused state. I decided to relax and enter a trance as I type.

And breathe, too – can’t forget that one.

This will be shorter than my other articles lately. That’s okay – I think we’ll both enjoy the change of pace.

Use this as a reminder. This time of year can fill up. Take some time to relax.

Even better than vegging in front of the TV is entering a self-hypnotic trance.

If you don’t have time to do that, make time.

If you still don’t have time to do that, do what I’m doing as I write this.

That’s not easy, sure.

It takes time to learn self-hypnosis, more time to learn to enter the state quickly and even more time to keep the trance alive while you work.

It’s worth it, though.
