Mental Tools for Greater Living
Self-hypnosis opens new avenues inside yourself. It puts you into a deep meditative state where you can dissolve emotions, sharpen skills and cast back your boundaries. You can rework your habits, create potent resources and transform your mental landscape.
If someone else offered you this, you’d be wise to follow them. But you don’t have to – you are free enough to be your own master.
Your own champion.
And you can encourage other people to lead their lives too. There are people in life that spread growth and change. People gravitate to them because they get addicted to that sense of anything being possible.
I can’t promise that you’ll become this. Only a special few follow that path to where it leads.
But you can take steps towards it.
All relationships go two ways. You can give and you can allow yourself to receive. With self-hypnosis, you can let people into your reality and have others invite you into theirs.
This state – this shared experience – is where the magic happens.
If you want to inspire people, then really listen to them. Become curious about their state of mind. Ask questions because you’re interested in the answer. Learn what they are thinking and why.
Learn to see what they see. If the image is murky, ask more questions until it becomes clear.
When you speak, speak in such a way that pulls people into your reality. Capture their attention and explain your mind to them. Be concise and clear, yet unique and enticing.
Talk like a poet with no need to impress anyone.
What happens when you do both these things? What happens when you can enter the other’s perspective and they can’t resist yours?
Why, you create a shared reality.
The deepest, most powerful relationships are carved from this stuff. If you think back to your greatest social moments, there’s an element of losing a bit of yourself and finding a bit of them. What you have, when you both mix worlds, is something different.
Solidify the core of your reality but loosen its boundaries. Let people in and never dissolve into their experience.
And encourage others to do the same. Not with words, but by your presence.
This is not the easiest thing to describe. With disciplined self-hypnosis, this can come to you at least in small ways. If none of this makes sense to you, then you have greater depths within you. If you get a vague sense of what I mean, though, it means you’re on the verge of finding a new way to experience life.
Your goal is to have crystal clarity, but goals exist at the end. In the beginning, you can act on a vague idea.
In fact, you have to.
So why not take action to immerse yourself in a new type of culture and community:
