What’s the Neural Reset like?

If you’re finding it tricky to wrap your head around what the Neural Reset is and what it can do… well, that’s not surprising. It’s one of those things that’s easier experienced than explained.

So let me tell you some of the things it’s like.

It’s like a good, long, deep meditation session.

And like a nap that’s just the right length – enough to refresh you without making you feel groggy.

It’s like the energy you feel when you’re inspired and can’t wait to take action.

It’s like releasing the tension from a knotted muscle, only over your entire body.

If you’ve done anything like a cryo spa or flotation tank, it’s like that too.

For those of you who get a “runner’s high” from exercise, you know what it feels like.

Just like hearing a great song you haven’t heard in a while.

It’s like that sense of relief the moment you finish a task, whether that’s writing a book or hiking a trail.

For most folks, it’s not like falling in love – but it can be. You’re more likely to experience it like that peaceful surrender just before you drift off to sleep.

It’s a little like feeling the sun on your face after a long, dark winter – and a lot like getting a foot massage after a long, dreary day.

It’s exactly like losing yourself in an amazing book, knowing you have so much of it ahead of you… only applied to your entire body as well as your mind.

I can’t rule out it feeling like you just solved a complex puzzle. It’s more likely to feel like all your puzzles are that much easier to handle.

It feels like peace, comfort and a deep connection with yourself.

Experienced meditators describe these sensations all the time. As do folks who throw themselves into their passions, whether those are adventure sports or painting.

There’s a paradoxical loss of self and connection with yourself.

A focus on the moment and a connection with something greater.

And the best part?

You don’t have to be an expert in meditation or self-hypnosis.

You don’t need to take any crazy drugs.

All you need is to relax and be open as I guide you through it. The Neural Reset isn’t the only way to get these results, but it’s the most reliable, the easiest and sometimes even the deepest.
