Lest we forget

Today is ANZAC Day in Australia – a day for celebrating and commemorating our greatest heroes.

As such, there’ll be no link to click on here and nothing for me to sell you on.

Except perhaps this notion:

Countless folks sacrificed everything over our short, dramatic history as a nation. Some gave their lives. Others survived and still gave up everything that was precious to them.

What can you do to honour that sacrifice?

They fought so you can be free, safe, united and whole.

What are you doing to protect that legacy – to be freer, safer, more united, more whole?

Something to think about later. In the meantime, lest we forget.
